I have a love/hate relationship with Disney. They have produced some beautiful movies, movies to admire for generations, but then there is another side, and this movie represents that.
That is trash. Old Dogs is total garbage, not only is every scene more predictable than the last it is just a one dimensional cookie cutter movie straight out of a factory.
There is very little that is redeeming in this movie, from irritating children, to acts of injustice being found humorous, to over the top man gets hit in groin scenes.
There is some earnestness from Wiliams and Travolta but really there is nothing to work with here.
And the argument that it is a kids movie, so you know it's allowed to be garbage is insulting to both children and the movie industry.
One of the worst movies of 2009.
John Travolta = 29/46.
Robin Williams = 38/57.
Video Ezy May New Releases = 14/32.
My rating = 2/10.
