The plot of this movie is the behind the scenes negotiations leading up to the release of Nelson Mandella and the end of apartheid.
There is a saying that real politics is not like movies and is quite boring, well if that is true, this movie must be real politics because it was quite dull.
William Hurt was fine in his role, as he usually is, Derek Jacobi is there as well, which surprised me since I thought he was dead!
The rest are fairly unknown to me, and did OK, the trouble was the material was just so dull, and it was disappointing that a story that could have been so fascinating was just boring.
A major disappointment to me.
