Aaron Eckhart stars as Bill, a man married to wealth, who is basically sick of his life, has a wife who is cheating on him and is wanting more, he reluctantly becomes a mentor to a teenage boy, played by Logan Lerman, in a school program.
In the rest of the movie he learns things, his wife learns things, so does the student, who e only ever know as The Kid. Jessica Alba also is in there as a clothing sales girl who joins them.
Does not sound the best, but actually is quite good, the charismatic performance of Lerman, and the steady performance of Eckhart are the highlight. Alba is very attractive, her acting ability is somewhat limited, but she does a reasonable job here.
Overall there is something to take away here, it is a good solid movie, over time though, one may find that it fades quicker from memory than other movies.
