Incredible, but true story of a mother who takes on the LAPD when after her son is abducted they try to pass off a different child as her son.
Full of scenes that make you incensed at the injustice it is not easy viewing at times, but it is certainly worthy viewing.
It is brilliantly directed by Eastwood, and has fantastic performances by Angelina Jolie, who really shows again she can put a great performance together, and by the ever reliable john Malkovich, this time playing one of the good guys, which was great to see.
Great supporting performances from Michael Kelly, Jeffrey Donovan, as the corrupt Police Captain, Jason Butler Harner, and Colm Feore, who seems to be one of those actors you see all the time but are never sure of their name. he plays the police chief here.
Overall, tough viewing at times because of the material, but a stunning movie and well recommended from this viewer.
