Hollywood should seriously stop mining the Bible for their stupid horror movies!!!
A story of an elite group of soldiers, (is their any other kind in action movies?) on a covert mission (also any other kind?) to an underground facility (is their any facilities in the open air?) to encounter an evil force (never an ambivalent force) which stems from the verse in Genesis where it says the sons of God lay with the daughters of men. Never mind that this has an altogether different meaning than what the movie makers have assumed but you know why let reality interfere in a story.
The inaccuracy is so bad at some point the character known as Doc who by the end you want to slap says about a quote oh it is in the old testament - Hebrews 9:22 - Hebrews is in the New Testament - small error but telling as well.
Overall this was alternately a dumb and bring movie and what happened to the characters - well we stopped caring long before the credits rolled.
