Val Kilmer and Sharon Stone are sluuming it here in this direct to video mess of a movie.
Plot involves corruption in the police force in the time following Hurricane katrina in New Orleans.
Sharon Stone gives an understated performance and Kilmer is his nomral self. Rapper 50 Cent appears as a cop.
The script is very poor and the direction is muddled at best. How Kilmer and Stone got involved in this movie is anyone's guess, but it must have been for the money because there was not much artistic integrity in it.
A poor movie with very little redeeming attributes.
My rating = 3 out of 10.
