Dead Heat on a Merry-Go-Round. 1966. USA.

James Coburn stars in this caper movie of ex-convict man setting up robbery at a bank near La airport.

The caper section is the best, and it builds to a nice finale after a slow start.

The movie is also famous for being the movie debut of Harrison Ford, playing a bell hop in a one minute scene. There were bigger things for him ahead!

Overall the movie is quite good, with a small twist ending.

Camilla Sparv is quite good in a supporting role. I don't know much about her except she later on appeared in Downhill Racer with Hackman and Redford. A film I liked and my brother hated!

Good solid entertainment, it could be classed as a perfect lazy rainy day movie.

Harrison Ford = 33/42.

My rating = 7/10.
