The story of the movie is Australian outback truck driver has written a romance novel, using his female friend as a pen name and the novel becomes famous with humorous hi jinks ensuing.
It is the movie debut of one Hugh Jackman and features a list of Australian actors, with varying amounts of known factor.
It is a light weight film, with little substance, feel good and has some good moments.
The biggest disappointment was it did not explore fully the whole tension between being a truck driver, living in the outback and writing romance, everyone just seemed to accept it as if it were normal.
Anyway entertaining enough, but nothing memorable.
Hugh Jackman = 18/18 - currently 100%!
