Very amusing independent production of a man returning to his former neighbourhood and making film about it, and then getting involved in the search for the title character.
Film has all sorts of wacky characters, including lots of Turturro's and Steve Buscemi and Samuel L Jackson both playing crazy guys. SLJ was fantastic in his role as crazy ex- soldier from the Vietnam war.
A quite absurd and funny film.
Steve Buscemi = 36/88.
Samuel L Jackson = 69/90.
My rating = 7/10.
