The Big Show. 1936. USA.

Gene Autry plays two roles in this singing cowboy movie. He plays a grumpy actor named Tom Ford and his stunt double named with no originality Gene Autry.

Autry has to impersonate Ford and as they say in the classics hi jinks ensue.

Some nice songs amidst the predictable story, in what is a "B" western from an era where they were all the rage, that is both B movies and singing cowboy movies!

The singers Sons of the Pioneers appears and one of them is no other than Roy Rogers.

Gene Autry = 5/94.

Roy Rogers = 22/99.

My rating = 6 out of 10.
