Almost everything that I said in my review of the movie It's Complicated is the antithesis of this movie.
This was a lame, lazy Rom-Com which was unbelievable and not particularly amusing.
Uma Thurman. Colin Firth and Jeffrey Dean Morgan are the talent here, and none come off particularly well. Firth looks like he is slumming it, and Thurman is earnest in her role, but the whole thing smacks of being boringly predictable and lacks the spark, the energy and the truthful heart of what makes this genre work.
Ajay Naidu as the 'scene stealer' does OK, but he is not even really up to it as well.
All in all a real let down from some very talented people, the main culprit was a very bad plot. Overall a pretty bad film.
Uma Thurman = 23/35.
My rating = 4/10.
