The story of two brothers (Mark Ruffalo and Adrien Brody) who are con-men with very elaborate over the top schemes.
A little bit of Dirty Rotten Scoundrel's thrown into a very eccentric plot doesn't quite work, and it drags on fr about twenty minutes to long.
Japanese actress Rinko Kikuchi is very good as Bang Bang an explosive character in more ways than one.
In the end it is average and does not live up to its potential.
